Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

- Order from 0 to 1 kg = 5,30 €
- Order from 1 to 2 kg = 6,40 €
- Order from 2 to 5 kg = 7,10 €
- Order from 5 kg to 10 kg = 9,80 €
- Order from 10 to 31,5 kg = 12,70 €

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

Shipping costs Zone 1: to 5 KG: 17,95 €, to 10 KG: 22,95 €, to 20 KG: 32,95 €, to 31,5 KG: 42,95 €

These include the following countries: AD, AT, BE, CZ, DK, FO, FI, FR, FX, GR, GL, IE, LT, IT, HU, LI, LU, MC, NL, PL, PT, SM, SK, SE, VA, SP, ES, SI, RO

Shipping costs Zone 2: to 2 KG: 21,95 €, to 5 KG: 29,95 €, to 10 KG: 34,95 €, to 20 KG: 44,95 €, to 31,5 KG: 54,95 €

These include the following countries: AL, AM, AZ, BY, BA, BG, HR, CY, GE, GI, IS, KZ, MK, MT, MD, NO, UA, TR, YU, RU, LV, EE,  CH,GB

Shipping costs Zone 3: to 2 KG: 28,95 €, to 5 KG: 41,95 €, to 10 KG: 58,95 €, to 20 KG: 84,95 €, to 31,5 KG: 114,95 €

These include the following countries: DZ, BH, CA, EG, IR, IQ, IL, JO, KW, LB, LY, OM, SA, SY, AE, YE, MA, QA, TN, PM

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
